Churchill Rescue responded to a reported rollover on the Parkway East, Eastbound at the bend past Business 22 exit, Sunday, January 19, 2020 at 1242. After additional reports confirming the car was over the hill and down an embankment, Chief 122 requested Wilkins 302 and Edgewood 137 be added to the incident.

122 Chief was fist on scene confirming a van was over the hill, approx 150 feet. The driver and a dog were out of the vehicle. Based on no entrapment, 137 Rescue was returned.

122 Rescue, 122 Squad and 302 Rescue responded to the scene and blocked the right lanes of the Parkway. Firefighters also cleared some trees from the hillside so that the tow company could pull the vehicle back to the roadway.

Units cleared the scene after 3 hours at 15:45.
