Churchill Rescue was dispatched to assist Wilkins Township to an two vehicle on the Brown Avenue in Wilkins on April 7, 2019 at 1800.

303 Chief and 302 Chief were the first units on scene with a two vehicle accident and one elderly patient trapped. Rescue 302 was next on scene and began extrication. 122 Rescue was next on scene and assisted with the extrication. The driver door was quickly removed and patient was in care of Woodland Hills EMS.   The second vehicle was several hundred feet down the road, but there were no injuries in that vehicle.

Crews were on scene 45 minutes.
