Churchill Rescue was dispatched to a reported three car accident on Willam Penn Highway at Merrie Woode Drive in Churchill with possible entrapment and fire on April 28, 2020 22:18. Police were first on scene and reported negative entrapment or fire and requested fire units to proceed and assist with traffic and fluid control.

122 Rescue, 122 Chief, 122 Assistant and 122 Engine responded to the scene finding two vehicles into the eastbound guard rail with heavy front damage and a third vehicle in the middle of the roadway. Multiple EMS units responded and transported at least 2 patients while evaluating several others at the scene. Churchill crews cleared the highway from extensive debris and cleared the scene at 2315.
