Churchill Rescue was dispatched to an overturned vehicle on the Parkway eastbound at the Churchill off-ramp, November 4, 2016 at 0130.

Chief 122 and Assistant 122 responding in the command vehicle were first on scene and found a pickup truck on its side blocking the Churchill off-ramp.   Patient was in care of EMS.   Crew from Rescue 122 deployed flare to block the right lane of the parkway where Woodland Hills EMS crew was station, and assisted with traffic control and reopening the roadway.

Crews were on scene 45 minutes.
