Churchill Rescue was dispatched to a report of a two vehicle accident on the Parkway Eastbound near the Penn Hills exit January 31, 2017 at 22:14.

122 Rescue, Engine and Chief responded.   Upon arrival 122 Chief found a two car accident on the shoulder of the road in Penn Hills above Thompson Run Road.  Both vehicles were heavily damaged.  EMS units were already on scene evaluating multiple patients with no entrapment.   Traffic on the roadway was stopped to protect the scene until patients were transported and while Churchill and Penn Hills #7 firefighters opened the passing lane. Units remained on scene to control traffic until the vehicles were towed.

Units were on scene for 90 minutes.
