Churchill Rescue responded to single vehicle accident on the Parkway inbound past the Greensburg Pike overpass April 6 at 2318.   Woodland Hills EMS requested assistance for traffic safety, and to clear debris from a box spring and mattress that had caused the accident which were blocking multiple lanes.

Units were on scene 30 minutes.
