Churchill Rescue was dispatched to a single vehicle accident on the Parkway East at the Churchill Road  off-ramp on October 21, 2017 at 08:15.

122 Rescue, Chief and Squad responded.  A sedan had impacted guard rail at the offramp.  The driver was transported by Woodland Hills EMS.

Churchill units remained on scene for approximately 45 minutes to control traffic during patient care.
