Churchill Rescue was dispatched to a car accident on the Parkway East March 25, 2022 at 18:18. Churchill 122 Chief, 122 Rescue and 302 Rescue responded with a single car into the center median blocking the fast lane.

Due to the position of the accident around a fast curve, the rescue trucks blocked traffic until medical care was completed and the vehicle was remove. Units were on scene approximately 1 hour.
